HERS: I wasn't really an avid watcher of American Idol since it first aired but since the appearance of two Filipinos on the third season, I was literally hooked to the show. Then when Season 5 came along, I sort off lost my enthusiasm of finding the next American Idol. So now Season 6 had started and the top 24 had been decided, excitement is again building up because I do think they made great choices on who's gonna be on the show for this year. The 12 guys were the first to perform a while ago, and here are my picks: AJ Tabaldo age 22, (okay...so he is half Filipino) What he sang in the first live show for the season: "Never too much" 
Blake Lewis age 25, What he sang in the first live show for the season: "Somewhere Only We Know" 
Chris Richardson age 22, What he sang in the first live show for the season: "I Don't Want to Be" 
Chris Sligh age 28, What he sang in the first live show for the season: "Typical" 
Phil Stacey age 29, What he sang in the first live show for the season: "I Could Not Ask For More" 
Sanjaya Malakay age 17, What he sang in the first live show for the season: "Knocks Me Off My Feet" 
haha. I might be too detailed but that's just for future reference. The girls are performing tomorrow, and I still have to hear them sing to know my picks. But one girl I'm routing for is Melinda Doolittle, a back-up singer before she joined the contest but her voice is absolutely incredible! I do hope she can make it in the Top 12. On to another topic, have you guys seen Britney Spears' bald head (plus the fact that she re-entered into rehab)? What is happening to her? I used to like her but, man...she is really getting weirder day by day. Come on Britney, grow up! You do have two kids don't yah? |
